present company was started and developed by the present owner/operator,
Randy Stewart, ASA, in 1983. Mr. Stewart had been previously
employed by the largest appraisal firm in the world, and acted as
a project manager and supervising appraiser. Noticing a need by smaller
to medium sized entities for affordable professional appraisal services,
the present firm of AAI Associates originated. First serving the Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, and Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa areas.Prior to entering the appraisal profession in 1977, Mr. Stewart was a small business owner in California, held a management position with a personnel firm, and an operative for a management consulting firm in Chicago. our work. Present professional staff and supervising appraisers have a minimum of 25 years experience in the valuation of machinery and equipment, with a very similar history as to that of the owner. Mr. Stewart acts as Review Appraiser for some governmental agencies, has been qualified and experienced as expert witness on numerous occasions, ASA chapter past officer and counselor for M&TS appraisal candidates, instructor at the 1996 Wisconsin Municipal Assessors' Institute, listed on Commercial Panel of Arbitrators, representative to the Wisconsin Appraisers' Coalition, published articles regarding valuation.
