Fixtures, and Equipment used in institutions, office environments,
agriculture, retail, distribution, and others. Subjects include assets
of small to large enterprises, with engagements performed nationally
and internationally. Many clients have found it practical and cost efficient to engage us for out of area appraisal projects. All of our appraisal services are performed professionally, confidentially, efficiently, and without bias or prejudice. Since we are not directly involved in the actual buying or selling of assets, we have eliminated any possibility or appearance of conflict of interest. Every engagement is performed as if we had been court appointed. Appraisal fees are calculated and quoted prior to client commitment, based on estimated time required for competent results, without regard to any pre-conceived answer or any contingencies.
